Both memberships include the same benefits. We help you find the group that best fits your business, your challenges and the experience you can contribute.

Not sure which group fits?

Everyone comes to you. Who do you go to?

Customers need answers. Suppliers want decisions. If you have a team or managers, they look to you for direction too. Sometimes the biggest decisions are the ones you end up making alone.

Who challenges your thinking? Who has already experienced the problem you are dealing with? Who asks whether you did what you said you would do?

In a carefully matched peer group, bring what matters now: pricing or cash flow, building a team, a difficult project, leadership or a decision about your next stage. Relevant owners ask questions, share experience and help you decide. You don't have to learn everything the hard way yourself.

Growth is not a limited version of Black Belt. The peers and discussion focus differ; the membership benefits do not.

Nick Ruddle personally facilitates scheduled peer group meetings
Two-hour private Zoom meetings in the two months between Strategy Days
Four quarterly Landscape Business Strategy Days alongside the wider audience
KPI dashboard for goals, tracking and developing benchmarking
Focus Sheet and accountability framework
Existing AI performance reporting
Full Landscape Business AI Assistant access

Members share agreed KPI percentages rather than turnover or profit amounts; underlying financial figures stay private. Confidentiality agreements protect private group discussions. Benchmarking becomes more useful as participation grows.

A peer group, not group coaching

There is no prescribed monthly teaching curriculum. Members bring their current challenges and decisions; Nick facilitates the discussion and shares his experience during scheduled meetings. The framework is structured. The conversation is relevant to you.

The right fit matters

Admission is by application and suitability. We look for owners willing to contribute, share appropriate numbers and challenges, respect confidentiality and follow through on commitments.

We match peers thoughtfully and avoid placing direct local competitors in the same private group. The wider Strategy Days are attended alongside other business owners.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Growth and Black Belt?

The business stage, peer mix and focus of discussion. Growth is for owner-led businesses building profitability, teams, systems and delegation, including sole operators and owners with small teams. Black Belt is for established owners developing managers, leadership and business performance. Both receive the same core benefits.

What does each group cost?

Growth costs £495 + VAT per member per month. Black Belt costs £595 + VAT per member per month. There are no setup charges.

Do Growth members get fewer benefits?

No. Both categories include exactly the same membership benefits. Growth is priced to be more accessible to owners of smaller businesses.

Which group should I choose?

Choose based on your current business stage and challenges, not a fixed turnover or headcount. We discuss suitability with you and help find the right peers for your situation.

Can I progress to Black Belt?

Yes, when a Black Belt group is a suitable fit for your business and challenges. We review this with you; progression is not automatic. Established owners can apply directly to Black Belt.

Is it group coaching?

No. Members lead the discussion around current challenges and decisions, supported by a consistent framework and accountability. There is no fixed monthly teaching syllabus.

Is support from Nick available between meetings?

Nick personally facilitates scheduled peer group meetings and contributes guidance there. Membership does not include individual coaching or direct support from Nick between sessions. The included AI Assistant offers practical guidance between meetings.

How many members are in each group?

A maximum of 10 carefully selected members in each private group, including you.

How often do we meet?

There is a private two-hour Zoom meeting in each of the two months between quarterly Strategy Days. Every third month, the included Strategy Day replaces the private meeting: eight private meetings and four Strategy Days in a full annual cycle.

Are Strategy Days and the AI Assistant included?

Yes. All four quarterly Landscape Business Strategy Days and full Landscape Business AI Assistant access are included in both memberships.

Is what I share confidential?

Private group meetings are confidential. Members sign a confidentiality agreement before joining, setting out how shared information must be protected.

Will I have to share my turnover or profit figures?

No. Members share agreed KPI percentages such as margins and conversion rates, not turnover or profit amounts. Underlying financial figures stay private.

Do I get access to the KPI dashboard?

Yes. Members track goals and KPIs, use the Focus Sheet and receive the existing AI performance reporting provision. Benchmarking develops and becomes more useful as more members contribute data over time.

Can anyone join? What if a competitor applies?

Admission is by application and a suitability conversation. Members are expected to contribute, listen, challenge respectfully, act on commitments and maintain confidentiality. We match peers thoughtfully and avoid placing direct local competitors in the same private group; this is not a promise of exclusive territories across membership or at the wider Strategy Days.
